"Transformational systems, accountable administration, crisis response, and postgraduate platforming."

With three years of work experience as an HR director, I’m passionate about making systems more equitable—especially how policies can better support those traditionally locked out of decision-making. I’d love to extend that work here at LSE!

Postgraduates see some of the lowest rates of participation on campus.  This is especially true for international postgraduate students—and even more prescient for minority postgraduates amidst the current global crisis.  However, sustaining engagement is more important this year than ever before in order to effectively communicate to LSE the types of support students need right now—as well as what they’ll need in the future.

I’m particularly interested to use my tenure to work towards:

-Improving LSE’s targeting of support for minority students disproportionately affected by the pandemic

-Documenting graduate departments’ differing COVID approaches in order to draft student-sourced recommendations for future, aligned pandemic responses

-Standardizing how societies platform postgrad voices (ex. inconsistencies in Postgrad Representative positions)

In addition to my undergraduate experience as President of my campus’s largest student advocacy organization, my most recent post-collegiate role also included management of the organization’s university fellowship program: demonstrating my vested interest and background in helping students see personal, academic, and professional success.
