Green Week 2020

Green Week

The week of the 16th November 2020 is Green Week. Green Week is a chance to learn more about environmental issues, celebrate and take part in the environmental work being done on campus, and join forces with other students to help protect the future of our planet.

You can get involved in a wide range of activities held by loads of different societies and departments across campus. Here are some of the highlights:

SOCIAL

Make art with EcoSoc, chat with Earthrise at their journal launch party, or watch the bees on a live tour of the hive.

ACADEMIC

Discuss government accountability in the ecological crisis or learn about environmentalism and racism

ACTIVISM

Come and see the ice sculpture outside the library or attend Greenpeace's Direct Action workshop.

And there is so much more, make sure you have a look at the schedule and head over to the respective event pages to find out more. Some events may be ticketed so make sure you register your spaces as soon as possible.

Get involved, meet people and have fun whilst campaigning for a better planet!

Check out the Environmental Hub for links to all the ongoing initiatives from societies, student groups, Sustainable LSE and more.
