LSESU Pro is a brand new opportunity to gain skills and develop professionally, brought to you by LSESU.

**WHAT'S HAPPENING**

Three sector leading individuals from varying professions will be giving advice and sharing guidance on how to create successful careers and beneficial networks. The event will be chaired by Professor Anthony Travers. Plus, stay to the end to put your questions to the speakers.

 

Panellists:

 

Dr Jeff Crisp 
is a specialist on refugee, asylum, migration and humanitarian issues. He is currently a Fellow at Chatham House (Royal Institute for International Affairs) and the Refugee Studies Centre, Department for International Development, University of Oxford.

 

Ayman Arandi 
is a successful technology entrepreneur with more than 10 years of experience in designing, launching, and running startups. Ayman currently serves as the Head of National Directors in the Hult Prize Foundation.

 

Tansy Hoskins
is a freelance journalist, author and activist. She has worked for the Stop the War coalition, the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament, the Islam Channel and appeared as a political commentator on the BBC, Sky News, Al Jazeera and Channel 4.

 

Professor Anthony Travers
is a British academic and journalist, specialising in issues affecting local government. He is the director of LSE London, a research group at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He has also written for The Guardian, The Evening Standard, The Independent, the Financial Times and The Times.
